So many around the world were devastated on Wednesday upon learning that Zayn Malik was leaving One Direction. (Here in the AP Party offices, our Jeremy Klumpp has been inconsolable. We’re just going to give him some time.)
Someone else deeply affected by the outpouring of affection toward Zayn is actor Billy Zane. As you can see for yourself in the following Funny or Die video, he wants to help those who are hurting, using lyrics from Celine Dion and Sara Bareilles to provide comfort.
I think it’s great that Zane is offering his time and sympathies to us during this difficult time. (How much time he has available to offer is something we can perhaps discuss in a future post.) It’s also noble that he’s taking this opportunity to provide guidance for the troubled youth of the world, correcting their spelling and asking them to pay more attention to detail. The man isn’t just all about himself, folks.
