Watch: Did you miss the new Deadpool trailer released on Christmas?

You surely saw the new trailer for Deadpool released on Christmas Day. But maybe you weren’t checking your phone or tablet while spending time with family. Or you weren’t watching any of the NBA games on television, where the trailer made its broadcast debut.

Or maybe it’s the Monday after Christmas, you’re back at work, and you’d like to watch it again. That is probably what Fox had in mind, releasing a super-duper 2K HD version of the new trailer Monday morning.

Oh, and this is the red-band trailer, which means it has naughty words and gory visuals in it. Not safe for work, if that’s a concern for you. In that case, here’s the safer green-band version with no profanity and the more violent imagery either edited or cropped out. (You still get uncomfortable close-ups of Deadpool’s crotch and butt, however.) But the red-band is so much more fun. Take a look (or another):

For many fans, the highlight of this new trailer will be the appearance of Colossus, the steel-skinned Russian behemoth from the X-Men whose rebooted incarnation will be seen in Deadpool for the first time. The hulking mutant is voiced and played in motion capture by Stefan Kapičić. Previously, he was played by Daniel Cudmore in X-Men 2, X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Longtime X-Men and Marvel fans will surely like that this new Colossus is closer to the comic book character, enormously sized and speaking with a Russian accent. Deadpool also specifically mentions that the X-Men, which would seem to indicate that he belongs to a modern version of the group, presumably in place after the events of next year’s X-Men: Apocalypse.

But the more fun character looks to be Brianna Hildebrand’s Negasonic Teenage Warhead, who has to finish that tweet on her phone before kicking some supervillain butt. The tone of this movie seems to be captured perfectly in that scene from the trailer.

We’re not too far away from Deadpool‘s theatrical release, set for Feb. 12, 2016. Starring Ryan Reynolds, the movie directed by Tim Miller also includes T.J. Miller, Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein and Gina Carano.
