We are getting very close to a world owned by Chris Pratt with the rest of us just living in it.
Fresh off his movie’s $94 million opening weekend, the Guardians of the Galaxy star stopped by The Whoolywood Shuffle, hosted by DJ Whoo Kid and revealed some serious rapping skills. During the conversation, Pratt mentioned that he was a huge fan of Dr. Dre’s The Chronic 2001, listening to it constantly when he lived in a van with friends in Maui.
When Pratt said he knew every word of that album, the show’s hosts challenged him to prove it. In true Star-Lord fashion, Pratt backed up his claims big-time, firing off a couple of Eminem’s verses from “Forgot About Dre.”

That is slapping down a challenge. Pratt probably can’t show off those talents in the Guardians sequel, since Peter Quill’s musical tastes date back to the 1970s and his mother’s “Awesome Mix” tapes. But maybe Emmet will get a chance in The Lego Movie 2.
