Video: The Avengers cast plays Family Feud on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

Give Jimmy Kimmel, his writers and producers some credit. As a Disney property, the ABC late-night show already had an in with getting the cast of the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron as guests. But Jimmy Kimmel Live did something much more fun and memorable than simply have the six superhero actors on the couch, answering questions, cracking jokes and telling stories.

Nope. Kimmel had the six Avengers play Family Feud. Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth on one side. Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans on the other. Check it out.

Make a note: You probably don’t want Ruffalo on your team if you’re playing Family Feud. He may have consulted my mother when coming up with “sleep” as an answer for what you do in a movie theater besides watch movies. You might not want  Evans either. But maybe spontaneity isn’t their thing. Clearly, it’s a specialty of RDJ . He thrived in such an environment. It would probably be fun to see him host a game as well.

Personally, I’m glad to know that Johansson’s mind went exactly where mine did when asked where the worst place to turn into the Hulk would be: the bathroom. (Technically, she said porta-potty.) That is surely the only thing that the two of us will ever share in common.
